QUICK CRISPY BEANS

a Pan


Ingredients

  • Mustard Oil: 1/4 cup
  • Beans: 250- 500 gm
  • Green Chilli: 4
  • Garlic Cloves: 4-5
  • Salt: 1 Tbsp


Instructions


1.    Add 1/4 cup mustard oil in the pan


2.    When the oil gets warm, add Garlic cloves and stir.


3.    Add chillies and saute until the cloves turn brown.


4.    Now add the beans.


5.    Add 1 tbsp salt and stir it well 


6.    Put a lid on it and let it cook for 6-10 min (stir it in between).


7.    Remove the lid when the beans become soft and absorb all the flavours (taste and feel free to add salt).


8.    Now stir until it becomes crispy (as much as you want ).


9.    Beans Ready
